Wind Project Developer (all genders)

KRRE BayWa r.e. Korea Co., Ltd. Core Responsibilities

- Support onshore wind project development from early stage to financial close.

- Conduct site screening, feasibility studies, and project assessments.

- Coordinate land securing, permitting, and stakeholder management.

- Manage external consultants and project partners.

- Support project acquisition / M&A review when required.

- Monitor project schedules, risks, and key milestones.

- Prepare reports and communicate with regional / global teams.

Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Good analytical and project coordination skills.

- Understanding of the renewable energy market in Korea.

- Ability to travel domestically and overseas as required.

Preferred

- Experience in wind or other renewable energy project development.

- Experience with permitting, land securing, or infrastructure projects.

- Background in urban planning, civil, electrical, environmental engineering, or related fields.

- Experience with GIS or wind resource assessment tools.

- Business-level English communication skills.
