Working Student Project and Construction Management (m/f/d)

Your mission
- Supporting our on-site project supervision, particularly with regard to the coordination and quality control of the works

- Assisting with the review and coordination of quality and deadlines

- Conducting regular site inspections of the construction works and recording the findings of these inspections

- Documenting the progress of the works

- Contributing to and participating in official inspections and final site inspections

Your profile
- Enrolled on a degree programme specialising in architecture, civil engineering or property management

- Basic knowledge of the construction sector, project phases, and contract and procurement law (HOAI, VOB, AHO)

- A strong communicator and assertive individual with a hands-on approach

- A team player with a goal- and results-oriented working style

- Conscientiousness and technical understanding
