Working student Quality Department (f/m/d)

We are looking for a Working Student to support our Quality Control team in daily laboratory and quality-related activities. This role is ideal for a student in food technology, biotechnology, chemistry, microbiology, or a related field who would like to gain practical experience in a food production environment.
Tasks:

- Support chemical, physical, microbiological, and sensory analyses of raw materials, packaging materials, intermediate products, and finished products

- Assist with sample preparation, documentation, and evaluation of laboratory results

- Support MHD analyses and stability tests

- Help maintain hygiene and order in the laboratory

- Assist with pre-operational and GMP inspections on the production floor

- Help with monitoring, maintenance, and care of laboratory equipment

- Support the preparation of simple reports, overviews, and trend analyses

- Collaborate with the Quality Control and Quality Management teams on daily tasks

Required Qualifications

- Available to work on Fridays

- Currently studying food technology, biotechnology, chemistry, microbiology, pharma technology or a similar natural science field

- First laboratory experience is an advantage, but not mandatory

- Interest in microbiological and quality control methods

- Basic understanding of GMP, HACCP or food safety is a plus

- Careful, structured and reliable way of working

- Team spirit and good communication skills

- Good English skills; German is an advantage

- Basic PC skills, especially MS Office
