We are looking for an experienced individual with finance experience that will generate continuous improvement and leanings on how to find and convert scalable sources of potential customers.
Responsibilities:
- Support in reconciling supplier balances and resolving discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing vendor payments.
- Maintain proper documentation of accounts payable records.
- Book and record all supplier payments accurately.
- Communicate with suppliers to follow up on invoices and payments.
- Support the accounting team in month-end closing activities.
- Issue debit and credit notes to suppliers when required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
