Terms
RoleFinder terms
The rules for using RoleFinder, free or Pro, in plain words. You accept them when you create an account, ask for a job alert or buy Pro. Last updated 4 November 2026.
Who provides RoleFinder
RoleFinder (jobs.urbanodx.com) is provided by Urbano Gutierrez Tejeda, trading as Urbano DX, based in Poland (European Union), VAT ID PL6751813528. Write to urbano@urbanodx.com about anything on this page. How we handle your data is on the privacy page.
What RoleFinder is
RoleFinder collects job listings from public employer career pages and job boards and shows them to you. We are not an employer or a recruitment agency: you apply on the employer's own site, and the employer decides. A listing can change or close after we read it. Matches are made by AI from your profile and can be wrong, so read the listing itself before you apply.
The free service
- Browsing: anyone can search and read every job, with no account.
- Job alerts: from a job page you can ask for new roles like it by email, with no account. We email a link to confirm first; a confirmed alert sends at most one email a week.
- Free account: sign in with Google or with an email and password, upload one CV, and get AI matches rescored once a week, up to 20 saved jobs and an email with new matches at most once a week.
The free service costs nothing and has no fixed term. You need a current web browser and, for an account or an alert, an email address you can read. Every matches or alert email unsubscribes in one click.
RoleFinder Pro
Pro is a subscription for EUR 9 a month. It adds:
- matches rescored every day against the newest roles, and again right away when you change your profile, filters or CV;
- a daily email with your newest matches, which you can turn off in Settings;
- more than one CV, and switching between them;
- no limit on saved jobs.
You pay through Stripe, monthly in advance from the day you subscribe, until you cancel. EUR 9 is the amount charged each month; nothing is added at checkout. Card details go to Stripe, never to us.
Cancelling Pro
Cancel any time in Settings: under Plan, press Cancel subscription, which opens Stripe's billing page. There is no notice period and no fee. You are not charged again, and Pro stays on until the end of the month you already paid for. Deleting your account in Settings also cancels the subscription, at once. You can also ask us to cancel by email.
Refunds and your right to withdraw
Full refund on request within 14 days of any payment. Email urbano@urbanodx.com from the address on your account. We refund the whole payment the way you paid, within 14 days, and end the subscription.
If you are a consumer, you can also withdraw from the Pro subscription within 14 days of buying it, without giving a reason: any clear message to urbano@urbanodx.com is enough. Under the refund promise above, withdrawing costs you nothing. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
Fair use
Upload only your own CV and nothing unlawful. Do not try to get into other people's accounts, use RoleFinder to send spam, or run automated tools that overload the site. We may suspend an account that does; if that ends Pro early, we refund the unused part.
Changes and ending the service
RoleFinder keeps changing. If we change the Pro price or these terms in a way that affects you, we email you at least 30 days before, and you can cancel before the change applies. You can stop using RoleFinder at any time and delete your account in Settings. If we ever close RoleFinder, we email account holders at least 30 days before and refund any Pro time paid for past the closing date.
Liability
We provide RoleFinder as described here and in line with the law. We are not responsible for what employers do, for listings they change or remove, or for a decision taken on an AI match alone.
Complaints
Email urbano@urbanodx.com and say what went wrong. We answer within 14 days. If you live in the EU and are not satisfied, you can contact the European Consumer Centres Network or a consumer association, or go to court.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the rules of your country that cannot be changed by contract, and you can bring a claim in the courts where you live.
