Job Title: Activity Assistant (Full-Time)
Shift: Evening 2:00pm - 10:30pm
Location: Salinas, CA
Pay: $16.90 - $17.73 per hour

Role Overview
You will work with the Activity Director to lead a vibrant activities program. Your goal is to keep residents engaged and active through physical, mental, and social programs.

Primary Responsibilities

- Plan and lead daily group activities and special events.

- Provide 1-on-1 support to encourage resident participation.

- Ensure all programs follow state and federal regulations.

- Support a positive and uplifting environment for residents and staff.
