- Support on-the-ground People Function operations by organising monthly team hangouts, managing staff mobile subscriptions, and handling Health Maintenance Organisation (HMO) registrations and renewals to keep our team healthy and connected.
- Plan and coordinate logistics for internal team engagements, client convenings, and guest travel—including flights, hotels, visa assistance, and ground transport—ensuring everyone feels hosted and valued.

- Manage general administrative tasks such as filing, mail distribution, and supplies.
- Act as the central communicator on operational matters to encourage collaboration, build trust, and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

- Familiarity with hybrid work environments and coordinating remote teams is an advantage.
- Experience planning team engagements, organising events, and arranging travel logistics with a customer-centric touch.
- Financial Literacy: Comfort with handling petty cash, tracking expenses, and managing basic bookkeeping accurately.
- Tech-Savvy Collaboration: Proficiency with Google Workspace Suite
- Proactive Problem Solving: A resourceful, supportive attitude—always ready to step in, solve challenges, and improve daily team experience.
- A genuine passion for contributing to Africa’s growth and supporting a mission-driven, pan-African team
