As an AES Salesforce DevOps Senior Associate you will support client-facing managed services work within our Managed Services practice, focusing on Salesforce application evolution, configuration, integrations, data optimization, and operational support. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex situations, manage assigned workstreams, build meaningful client connections, and guide junior team members while deepening your technical skills and business context. In this role at PwC, you will help resolve client questions, monitor quality controls, interpret feedback, and use critical thinking to deliver dependable support across Salesforce DevOps activities.
Responsibilities
- Managing Salesforce DevOps workstreams across application lifecycle activities, release coordination, and production support
- Monitoring deployments, code changes, and configuration updates to validate platform stability and operational readiness
- Reviewing incidents, service requests, and escalations, then driving resolution through root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Coordinating data review, enrichment, and processing activities to support customer data accuracy and reporting needs
- Implementing quality control procedures and tracking quality metrics to identify process gaps and recurring issues
- Applying Salesforce tools, digital automation, and managed service methods to improve delivery efficiency and consistency
- Developing process documentation and service management workflows that support scalable operations and knowledge transfer
- Building meaningful client connections while translating business needs into practical Salesforce support and optimization actions
- Interpreting feedback, data trends, and delivery outcomes to inform recommendations and continuous service improvements
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Experience supporting enterprise Salesforce configuration, integrations, and release activities
- Demonstrating critical thinking across complex client delivery workstreams
