Your impact will be measured by the quality, consistency, and adoption of the AI-enabled workflows you create, helping teams save time while maintaining strong governance, review, and control practices.

What You'll Do

- Build and maintain a reusable library of AI skills, templates, and prompt assets that can be adopted across Finance and other business functions.
- Create custom instructions and user-friendly templates that enable non-technical finance professionals to generate consistent, high-quality outputs.
- Partner with FP&A teams to develop AI-assisted workflows for budgeting, forecasting, variance commentary, and business performance reviews.
- Develop prompt frameworks for management reporting deliverables, including monthly and quarterly business reviews, board summaries, and profitability analyses.
- Deliver training, onboarding, office hours, and guidance materials that drive successful adoption of AI tools across Finance.
- Establish quality review processes, usage guidance, and governance controls for AI-assisted finance outputs.
- Collaborate with Data and Technology teams to support responsible AI usage, data handling requirements, and alignment with systems of record.
- Monitor adoption, gather user feedback, measure impact, and continuously improve the effectiveness of the AI skills and prompt library.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience developing structured and multi-step prompts for large language model assistants, including experience with Claude, GenieOne, and/or Microsoft Copilot.
- Experience building, curating, or maintaining reusable prompt libraries, AI skills, templates, or user guidance for teams or business functions.
- Strong working knowledge of finance and FP&A processes, including monthly close activities, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
- Experience working with finance data exports and business-system outputs, with strong Excel and spreadsheet capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to create clear business narratives, practical guidance, and reusable assets that non-technical users can successfully adopt.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Copilot applications, and exposure to reporting tools such as Power BI is preferred; experience within SOX, audit, or financial controls environments is also advantageous.
