AI and data are becoming part of more business processes. To make sure that security keeps pace, we are looking for an AI Security Engineer to help us build and improve secure AI capabilities in our Cyber Defense Center (CDC).
Your impact at NN
You will help us adopt AI securely within CDC. You will bring together security engineering, platform integration, and AI expertise to support AI capabilities across CDC platforms and the security monitoring of AI services used throughout the organization.
The day-to-day: what you’ll be doing
- Help design and deliver AI security initiatives across CDC platforms.
- Work with Detection Engineers, Threat Hunters, SOC analysts, and other colleagues.
- Build and maintain security monitoring for AI and data platforms.
- Look for ways AI workloads or their supporting infrastructure could be attacked or misused.
- Help build scalable ways to onboard AI and data platforms, such as Databricks or similar environments.
- Set up agreed logging and connect security-relevant data from AI platforms.
- Deliver your part of projects with support from senior engineers and the Product Owner.
- Make technical decisions within your area and raise those with a wider impact.
- Use and promote good engineering practices and help us improve how we work.
- Help adopt modern Azure services and emerging AI technologies.
- Document your work and share what you know with the team.
- You’ll have room to take ownership, shape technical solutions, and work with people across security and engineering.
What makes this a good place to work
- Real AI security: Help build and secure AI capabilities that strengthen threat detection and investigation across the CDC.
- Room to learn and grow: Support for certification, training, and continuous development.
- Hybrid working that works: A strong home office culture, flexible time off, and a setup where you can work from home most of the time. We meet in the office once a week.
- People-first team: Down-to-earth colleagues, open communication, and no unnecessary formalities. No ego, no blame. Just real support.
- The tools you need: A company laptop and iPhone with a fully paid plan.
- Benefits that add up: Cafeteria up to 20,000 CZK, pension contributions, a MultiSport card, meal allowance, a discount on life insurance, and a contribution to home office expenses.
- Referral bonus: Up to 60,000 CZK for bringing new colleagues on board.
- Onboarding built around you: More in-person support during your probation period to help you settle in.
What you’ll bring
- 2-5 years of relevant experience.
- Professional knowledge of cloud and DevOps tooling.
- A good understanding of AI, LLM, and ML technologies and their security risks.
- Experience designing AI workflows and connecting them to business processes and third-party systems.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- A responsible approach and the ability to follow through.
- The ability to make decisions within your technical area and flag those with a wider impact.
- Advanced English at C1 level.
- A university degree.
What happens after you apply
Send us your CV in English. If your experience looks like a good match, we’ll get in touch and keep the conversation going. You can expect three rounds: first, a chat with HR and the hiring manager to get to know each other and talk about the role; then, a technical interview with the Product Owner and members of the team; and finally, a short call with the CDC manager.
At least one of these conversations will be in person, because even in the age of AI, we still prefer meeting people over pixels.
