Responsabilidades e Atribuições

- Executar o fluxo completo de contas a pagar, incluindo agendamentos, pagamentos a fornecedores, reembolsos e tributos.

- Realizar a projeção do fluxo de caixa operacional diário e mensal em parceria com a Tesouraria.

- Liderar o processo de conciliação bancária do CP identificando e corrigindo divergências.

- Monitorar KPIs da área, como SLA de pagamentos, taxa de erros, nível de pontualidade e volumetria operacional.

- Identificar oportunidades de melhoria contínua, desenhando e propondo automação de rotinas financeiras (ERP/Bancos).

- Garantir a conformidade dos pagamentos com as políticas internas de governança, compliance, matriz de aprovação e auditorias internas/externas.

- Interface direta com parceiros bancários para negociação de tarifas, custódia e resolução de problemas operacionais complexos.

Qualificações Mínimas

- Graduação em Ciências Contábeis, Finanças, Administração ou áreas correlatas.

- Mínimo de 1-2 anos de experiência em Contas a Pagar, Tesouraria ou operações contábeis.

- Sólido conhecimento em processos de Contas a Pagar, conciliação bancária e projeção de fluxo de caixa.

- Experiência com sistemas ERP (SAP, Oracle ou similares) e Excel avançado.

- Conhecimento em controles financeiros, compliance, auditorias e iniciativas de melhoria contínua.
