Analyst Network Security

Job Summary
We are looking for a Network Security Analyst with 6+ years of hands-on
experience in enterprise network security technologies. The candidate will be
responsible for implementing, managing, monitoring, and troubleshooting
network security solutions while ensuring a secure and resilient IT environment.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support Palo Alto firewalls, including policy configuration, NAT, VPN, troubleshooting, and security rule reviews.

- Administer Zscaler solutions, including Internet Security, ZIA/ZPA policies, user access, troubleshooting, and security controls.

- Work with Illumio for micro-segmentation, application dependency mapping, policy creation, and workload security.

- Manage and support Check Point firewalls, including firewall policies, VPNs, NAT, and security rule administration.

- Monitor network security events and investigate potential security incidents and anomalies.

- Perform firewall rule reviews, cleanup, and optimization in line with security and compliance requirements.

- Troubleshoot network connectivity and security-related issues across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.

- Collaborate with Network, IAM, SOC, Cloud, and Infrastructure teams for security implementation and incident resolution.

- Participate in vulnerability remediation, security assessments, and network hardening activities.

- Maintain security documentation, SOPs, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.

- Support security audits, compliance requirements, and evidence collection.

- Participate in change management, incident management, and problem management processes.

- Stay current with emerging network security threats, technologies, and best practices.

Required Skills

- 6+ years of experience in Network Security / Cybersecurity.

- Strong hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks firewalls.

- Working experience with Zscaler security solutions.

- Experience with Illumio micro-segmentation and workload security.

- Experience with Check Point firewall technologies.

- Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/HTTPS, VPN, routing, switching, and network troubleshooting.

- Understanding of security concepts including Zero Trust, network segmentation, firewall security, threat prevention, IDS/IPS, and secure remote access.

- Knowledge of security incident management, vulnerability management, and security best practices.

- Good analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications

- Palo Alto PCNSA / PCNSE

- Check Point CCSA / CCSE

- Zscaler certifications

- Security certifications such as Security+ is an advantage.
