Application Developer SME (SIPR Case Management System modernization)

Digital Consultants is seeking an Application Developer SME will design, code, test, and maintain software applications and systems in support of the classified case management system at Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS).

Location: Quantico, VA. Hybrid remote schedule. Must be local and able to meet onsite 1-2 times per week or as required.
Requirements

- High School with 10+ years (or commensurate experience)

- Clearance Required: Top Secret w/SCI

- IAT II Certification

- Possess expert knowledge in reading/writing PL/SQL code.

- Possess expert knowledge in reading/writing .Net code.
Preferred Skills and Experience:

- Experience working on Department of Navy networks

- Experience with Agile projects

- Experience with Service Now

- Experience with Telerik Test Studio3
Compensation and Benefits: The salary range for this position is $180,000 – 190,000 depending on experience. The company offers the following benefits to permanent, full-time employees:
