- Design agricultural, commercial, and industrial building projects across Wisconsin

- Transform concepts, sketches, and customer ideas into build-ready plans

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, project managers, and sales professionals

- Ensure designs meet building codes, project requirements, and construction standards

- Help bring projects from initial concept all the way through construction

We're looking for someone who has:

- Experience with AutoCAD and Revit

- Strong understanding of building design and construction practices

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

- Attention to detail with a balance of creativity and technical accuracy

- Associate degree in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering Technology, or related field preferred

- Experience with 3D rendering and visualization software is a plus

Why You'll Love Working Here:

- See your work come to life - Your designs become real buildings, not forgotten files.

- Work on meaningful projects - From agricultural facilities to commercial spaces, every project leaves a lasting impact.

- Collaborative culture - Work side-by-side with builders, engineers, and designers who enjoy solving challenges together.

- Growth opportunities - Expand your skills, take on new responsibilities, and build a long-term career.
