Concrete Foreman

At Fox Cities Builders, we're looking for a hands-on leader who knows concrete construction and enjoys leading a crew to success. As a Concrete Foreman, you'll lead crews on agricultural, commercial, and industrial projects while helping build the structures that keep businesses and communities growing.

What You'll Do:

- Lead and supervise concrete crews on a variety of construction projects

- Plan daily work activities to keep projects safe, efficient, and on schedule

- Read blueprints and ensure projects are completed correctly

- Train, mentor, and develop crew members

- Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower

- Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and productivity

- Work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and customers to ensure project success

- Solve problems in the field and keep projects moving forward

What We're Looking For:

- 3+ years of concrete construction experience

- Foreman, Leadman, or crew leadership experience preferred

- Ability to read blueprints and construction plans

- Strong communication and leadership skills

- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship

- Ability to motivate and lead a team

- Valid driver's license required
