About the role

The Assistant Wellness Manager must actively guide the department when dealing with all aspects of guest contact activities and service to the guests.

To provide overall supervision of the team to ensure that there are efficient, systematic, organized and creative planning and preparation of daily operations and special events. Guarantee and optimize the smooth and efficient workflow in the health club, pool lifeguard and kids club. Direct and consistent training and maintaining role model team member behavior as well as the guarantee of maintaining the Conrad Bangkok standards for total guest satisfaction.
