【職務内容】

- 車載ライティング製品における電子回路・ハードウェア（HW）開発全体のマネジメントおよび、ECUや電源等の回路設計・技術リードをお任せします。

- 顧客（OEM）要件および社内基準に基づくハードウェア仕様定義・アーキテクチャ設計

- ライティングECUにおけるアナログ・デジタル回路および電源・DC/DCコンバータの回路設計・詳細設計

- EMC（ノイズ対策）設計、回路シミュレーション（SIMetrix等）および熱設計・評価

- 最適な電子部品の選定・適格性評価（コンポーネント認定）およびPCBレイアウト設計・検図

- ハードウェア検証（Validation）、評価試験およびデザインレビュー（DR）の主導

- 開発日程、品質、コスト管理、ならびにソフト・メカ各部門とのインターフェース調整

- 量産化（工業化）に向けた各種技術ドキュメントの作成およびEMS（製造委託先）の立ち上げ支援

【必須要件 (Must)】

- アナログ電子回路の設計開発経験（4～5年以上）

- EMC（ノイズ対策）設計に関する実務経験

- 社内外（他部門、顧客、サプライヤー等）の関係者と円滑に合意形成・調整ができるコミュニケーション力

- 日本語　ビジネスレベル

- 英語　読み書きレベル（アレルギーがない程度）
【歓迎】

- ハードウェア開発におけるリーダーまたはサブリーダー経験（1年以上）

- 組込み電子回路設計の実務経験（ECU、アナログ・デジタル回路、DC/DCコンバータ、電源回路、電子部品技術など）（5年以上）
