As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for testing features to ensure functionality, quality. You will collaborate with team to ensure testing processes are thorough and to identify improvements and enhancements. You will be able to develop your skill-set quickly in a fast-moving environment.
As a Quality Assurance Engineering Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Owning medium-sized quality engineering tasks; and delivers while mentoring and helping team members

- Making technology choices at individual level and has ability to analyze impact

- Applying principles of SDLC and methodologies like Lean/Agile/XP, CI, Software and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices, refactoring and Testing Techniques

- Integrating project testing with continuous-integration process

- Working with fellow team members to diagnose bugs and formulate solutions

- Providing expertise in the quality engineering, test planning and testing methodology for a software project

- Developing and executes maintainable automation tests for acceptance, functional, and regression test cases

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech./M.Tech.) or MCA with a minimum of 6 years of professional experience .

- Demonstrated experience and ability to write Java and Python code for test automation, test frameworks, and white-box testing of software solutions.

- Hands-on experience with Selenium , GitHub , and modern test automation practices.

- Strong experience in API testing of web services, including REST and SOAP APIs , using tools and frameworks for functional, integration, and regression testing.

- Experience in Performance and Load Testing , including validation of throughput, response times, scalability, reliability, and system behavior under load.

- Experience working with virtual machines (VMs) as part of test, integration, and validation environments.

- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

- Demonstrated team collaboration, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.

- Persistent and results-oriented mindset with the ability to overcome challenges and drive outcomes through teamwork and ownership.

- Preferred Skills
- Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.

- Knowledge of test automation frameworks and scripting.

- Exposure to cloud environments and containerized deployments is a plus.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
