New Honda Dealership | Opening December
Join a Brand-New Honda Team!
We’re getting ready to open the doors to our new Honda dealership this December, and we’re looking for a customer-focused Parts Counter Associate to join our team from the beginning.
This is an exciting opportunity to help build a new parts department, work with a respected automotive brand, and grow your career with an established automotive organization.
Compensation
$17.30 - $34.60 per hour equivalent
Approximately $3,000 - $6,000 per month , depending on experience, performance, and applicable pay-plan incentives.
What You’ll Do
- Assist retail and internal customers with identifying and purchasing the correct automotive parts
- Support Service Technicians and Service Advisors with parts requests
- Look up parts using catalogs and dealership systems
- Provide accurate pricing, availability, and order information
- Process parts sales, special orders, returns, and backorders
- Maintain organized parts inventory and counter areas
- Build strong relationships with customers and dealership team members
- Help support an efficient, customer-focused Parts Department as our new Honda store grows
Honda experience is a plus, but not required.
Candidates with parts experience from other automotive brands, independent repair facilities, aftermarket parts retailers, or related automotive environments are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Automotive parts experience preferred
- Dealership parts-counter experience is a plus
- Knowledge of automotive parts, systems, and terminology
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable using computers, parts catalogs, and inventory systems
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
