JOB SUMMARY

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Banquet Captain, you’ll lead with purpose and precision. In this role, you will:

- Oversee banquet operations, ensuring events are executed flawlessly.

- Direct and support banquet staff, providing guidance and motivation.

- Coordinate with clients and event planners to ensure all details are met.

- Manage room setups, service, and breakdowns with efficiency and attention to detail.

- Address and resolve any issues that arise during events, ensuring guest satisfaction.

- Maintain compliance with safety, sanitation, and service standards.

- Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.
WHAT YOU BRING
We’re looking for a leader with a passion for service and a talent for managing events. To excel in this role, you’ll need:

- Experience in banquet or event management, with supervisory experience preferred.

- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

- A commitment to providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences.

- The ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.

- Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
