THE JOB:
As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.
THE STARTING RATE: $7.28 (automatic gratuity)
THE SCHEDULE: On-Call with shifts assigned based on events.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Guide guest in all phases of their experience at the Banquet event.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.
- Knowledgeable of service requirements for assigned function such as: pre-function side work, detailed menu selections, major ingredients, appearance, texture, quality standards, garnish and method of presentation, proper food and beverage service.
- Greet guest as they arrive and assist them with seating at tables.
- Set up, monitor, refresh and breakdown coffee break, reception and buffet tables for specified functions according to group requirements.
- Follow sequence of service utilizing all proper procedures standardized by the Banquet Management Team.
- Anticipate the guest needs and respond promptly.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Must be 21 years old or older.
