Key responsibilities:
- Investigations (Complaints, Deviations and OOS / OOT) review.
- Site visits for inspection support and CAPA verification.
- Annual trend report (Complaints, Recalls & FAR) preparation.
- Global trackers management.
- Monthly / weekly report preparation.
- Support for Complaint Log in Management.
Note: Candidate must have worked / be working in manufacturing site catering to US Market.
