Requirements

- Exemplify the Triple T Hospitality Experience: Dedicate oneself to delivering GREAT guest service, consistently going above and beyond for both team members and guests.

- Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages to recipe specifications for bar and restaurant guests.

- Mix ingredients to create classic and innovative cocktails.

- Verify guest identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance.

- Engage warmly with guests and take orders efficiently.

- Serve food and drinks with accuracy and enthusiasm.

- Provide thoughtful menu recommendations and detailed item descriptions.

- Remain attentive to guests’ needs with a friendly, upbeat attitude.

- Maintain a clean and organized bar area and follow sanitation and safety policies.

- Work effectively and respectfully within a collaborative team environment.

- Multi-task and stay composed during high-volume shifts.

- Attend training sessions prior to active floor shifts.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED - BARTENDER:

- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Genuine passion for hospitality and team collaboration.

- Physical stamina—ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions (bending, reaching, twisting).

- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and carry trays as needed.

- Reliable transportation required.

- Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic workplace.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED - SERVER:

- At least 2 years of previous experience working in full-service, high-volume restaurant.

- People + communication skills.

- Passion + work ethic for the restaurant industry.

- Ability to be on your feet and alert for an extended period.

- Continuous use of hands, arms, bending, reaching, and twisting.

- Ability to carry 35 pounds as needed.

- Ability to carry trays as needed.

- Reliable transportation required.

- Ability to work in a Team setting.
