You’ll bring experience in an IT reseller, technology services or managed services environment, alongside strong organisation, writing and stakeholder coordination skills. You’ll build your understanding of customer requirements, vendor and partner engagement, solution terminology and the pace of technology tenders, while developing your skills in win strategy, bid qualification, proposal quality, and APMP best practice.

You’ll help assess which opportunities to pursue and develop customer focused messaging that brings SHI’s technology, partner and service strengths to life. Through writing, editing and quality reviews, you’ll create clear, accurate and compliant proposals, drawing on our content platform, case studies and evidence while helping improve responses for future bids.
