Bookkeeper (US GAAP)

The Bookkeeper will support U.S.-based accounting firms and CPA practices by maintaining accurate, organized, and up-to-date financial records across multiple business entities. This role requires strong knowledge of U.S. bookkeeping practices and expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks Online. You will manage daily bookkeeping activities, oversee accounts payable and receivable, perform reconciliations, and assist with financial closing procedures. Working closely with accounting teams and client stakeholders, you will help resolve discrepancies and ensure reliable financial documentation. The position also encourages the use of AI tools and modern accounting technologies to improve productivity and streamline workflows.
