About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager – Oracle to drive growth and business development within the Oracle portfolio.

In this role, you will translate Oracle’s business and technology strategy into commercial opportunities, working closely with partners, customers, internal sales teams and key stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

- Drive business growth and increase market share within the Oracle portfolio

- Develop strong relationships with Oracle, partners, customers and internal sales teams

- Identify new business opportunities and support key tenders and large deals

- Build customer value propositions based on business needs and Oracle solutions

- Own quarterly vendor business planning and support sales teams in growing share of wallet

- Bring solutions and services to market while maintaining accurate pipeline and activity in CRM

What We’re Looking For

- Previous Oracle experience and good knowledge of the Oracle business and solution portfolio

- 4+ years of experience in IT business development, sales or product/vendor management

- Strong commercial mindset and good understanding of the IT channel and B2B business

- Experience in solution and services selling and managing business opportunities

- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills

- Fluent Polish and English
