About the role

We are looking for a motivated Drilling Solutions Engineer with up to 2 years of experience to join our NOV ReedHycalog team in Warsaw. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career engineer to develop technical expertise, support customers, analyze drilling performance, and contribute to innovative drilling solutions. You will work in a collaborative team, receive guidance from experienced engineers, and benefit from a dedicated buddy to support your onboarding. The role offers a hybrid working model with three days per week in our Warsaw office.
