As the Instructional Assistant, you will be providing support to your assigned Instructor and the students within the class. This is a wonderful opportunity to gain experience within the field of higher education.

Traditional Campus courses are daytime classes designed for traditional students on the GCU Main Campus located in Phoenix, Arizona.

Spring 2027 Semester : 01/04/2026- 04/25/2026
What Will You Do:
- Assists primary instructor with grading assignments
- Adheres to weekly grading deadlines
- Observes students’ performance, and records relevant data to aid primary instructor in assessing progress
- Provide a positive example to students by supporting the University’s Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement and Mission of Grand Canyon University.
What You Will Bring:
- Minimum: Minimum: Masters degree in one of the areas or disciplines offered by the college.
