Change Management Lead (Prosci Certified)

We are seeking an experienced, Prosci-certified Change Management Lead to drive organizational change and support the successful implementation of a WorkForce Software solution. In this fully remote role, you will develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies that align business objectives with employee needs and operational priorities. You will work closely with senior leadership, project teams, and key stakeholders to assess change impacts, strengthen engagement, and ensure organizational readiness. Using the Prosci ADKAR® model and proven change management methodologies, you will help teams navigate transitions, overcome resistance, and adopt new ways of working. Your leadership will be instrumental in turning complex transformation initiatives into sustainable business improvements.
