We power our employees’ potential and strive to create opportunity and security for every member of the team. If you’re ready for something bigger ― more challenge, more variety, more pathways for professional growth ― we should talk. We’re passionate about our work, we believe there is always a better way, and we’re looking for people like you.
Ready to reach your potential? It’s time to look at Taylor.
Your Opportunity: Taymark, a subsidiary of Taylor Corporation, is looking for a part-time Channel Sales Manager to join their team! In this role, you will focus on building new school partnerships within our adult graduation market. You’ll introduce our graduation solutions to high schools and colleges, learn what’s most important to them, and guide them through onboarding. Once partnered, you’ll continue supporting their graduation needs and identifying opportunities to expand our relationship.
Every school is unique — there are no scripts here. We value authentic conversations and relationship-based selling. You’ll serve as each school’s main point of contact from first outreach through long-term partnership, while order processing and production are handled by another member of our team.
We’re growing quickly in this market and are excited to welcome someone who enjoys prospecting, values relationship-building, and wants to make a long‑term impact.
Work Authorization: To be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
What You’ll Do:
- Build relationships with new and existing school partners
- Engage schools through outbound calls, emails, and warm lead follow‑up
- Understand school needs and recommend graduation solutions
- Support the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition
- Identify opportunities to expand product usage over time
- Assist with occasional sales forecasting, quoting, and documentation
- Achieve sales and margin goals by growing your territory pipeline
- Help schools create memorable graduation experiences for their students
Skills/Experience That Our Ideal Candidate Brings:
- High School diploma
- 2+ years of outbound sales experience (ideally involving direct engagement with high schools and/or colleges)
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Excellent listening, organization, and time‑management skills
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and skilled at building rapport
- A natural prospector who enjoys reaching out and starting conversations
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple active opportunities
We Would Also Prefer:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience working with schools, nonprofits, or education-focused clients
- Familiarity with graduation-related products (caps, gowns, diploma materials, etc.)
- Background in consultative or relationship‑based selling
- A growth mindset and comfort navigating different sales cycles
