Job Description:

- Tracks and reviews key performance indicators (KPI) critical for portfolio maintenance.

- Conducts weekly audits to ensure data quality and correct categorization of portfolio projects.

- Maintains accurate records of historical KPI data for reference and analysis.

- Collaborates with AHRI managers on project management activities, including study intake, execution, and status reporting.

- Develops customized reports and presentations depicting portfolio health and direction.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced multi-stakeholder environment [Required]

- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in an organized and timely manner [Required]

- Ability to display financial information in an organized and comprehensive manner [Required]

- Familiarity in MS Office Suite [Required]

- Working knowledge of project management tools (e.g. Smartsheet) and in project management methodologies [Preferred]
Education:

- Associate [Preferred]

- High School Grad or Equiv [Required]
Field of Study:

- in scientific, healthcare, finance, business administration or equivalent field
Work Experience:

- 3+ years of work-related experience facilitating project timelines and financials [Required]

- Experience facilitating projects with multiple resources assigned and project durations of at least one year [Required]

- Experience in Portfolio & Program Management (PPM), Finance and Operational Analytics [Preferred]

Sign-On Bonus Eligibility:

Pay Range:

$49,795.20 - $92,622.40
