THE OPPORTUNITY
As Workplace Concierge, you will help create a welcoming, organized, and efficient workplace for team members and guests. - Keep meeting rooms and shared spaces ready for use by preparing and resetting rooms and keeping kitchens and common areas stocked, tidy, and functional.
- Manage incoming mail and packages with accurate and timely distribution, and support meeting and workplace needs by coordinating materials and food and beverage setup.
- Organize supplies and resources to support efficient team operations, and identify and share suggestions that improve workplace processes and the overall experience.
YOU SHOULD CONSIDER THIS ROLE IF:
You bring a service-oriented approach, strong organization, and the judgement to prioritize routine to moderately varied workplace needs as they change.
- You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- You have experience in customer service, hospitality, office support, or a related environment.
- You can work independently on assigned responsibilities while collaborating with team members and stakeholders, communicating clearly with colleagues, guests, and vendors, and escalating more complex concerns appropriately.
Preferred experience includes post-secondary education in hospitality, business, or a related field, and experience supporting workplace operations or events.
YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO TELL US
- How you have created a welcoming, organized experience for customers, guests, or team members while managing day-to-day requests.
- How you have kept multiple workplace, office, hospitality, or service tasks moving while priorities changed.
- How you have identified and resolved a routine workplace or service issue, or supported a meeting, event, or vendor activity through accurate coordination, setup, materials, or follow-up.
WHY ELEMENT
