At Fox Cities Builders, we're looking for a Concrete Estimator who can turn blueprints into winning strategies. Every successful building starts with a solid foundation, and every solid foundation starts with a great estimate.
As part of our growing team, you'll help bring commercial, agricultural, and concrete projects to life by creating accurate estimates, developing competitive bids, and helping set projects up for success from day one.
This isn't just a numbers job. It's an opportunity to directly impact the projects that shape our communities.
What You'll Do:
- Review construction plans and specifications
- Prepare concrete quantity takeoffs and cost estimates
- Develop budgets and bid proposals
- Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing
- Analyze labor, material, and equipment costs
- Support pre-construction planning and project handoffs
What We're Looking For:
- Strong math, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
- Experience in estimating, concrete construction, or construction management preferred
- Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
