Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Impactful Projects: Spearhead cross-functional improvement initiatives and value stream mapping across manufacturing and service environments.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Apply advanced Lean and Six Sigma methods to optimize performance, establish control plans, and ensure long-term sustainment.
- Coach & Mentor: Guide teams in collaborative problem-solving, mentor junior CI practitioners, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Collaborate Across All Levels: Influence stakeholders without authority—from frontline shop-floor teams to executive leadership—while aligning initiatives with core business strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field (Advanced degrees or specialized training in Lean/Six Sigma are a strong plus).
- Experience: 5+ years of proven success delivering CI and process excellence results, including change management and cross-functional project leadership.
- Certifications: Lean or Six Sigma certifications preferred.
Core Competencies:
- Advanced facilitation skills (Process Mapping, rapid improvement events, daily management systems, GEMBA).

- Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
Work Environment:
- Comfortable working hands-on in shop floors, repair centers, or field service environments.
