A Career with Point72’s Corporate Access Team
Point72’s Corporate Access team is responsible for ensuring investment teams have the highest quality corporate access offering and services in support of their efforts to generate superior, risk-adjusted returns. We collaborate closely with the firm’s investment and Compliance professionals, leverage innovative data and technology, and collaborate and foster effective partnerships with external providers.
About the Corporate Access Internship
If you are interested in pursuing a career in corporate access, this 10-week summer internship will provide you a valuable experience at a complex global firm. During your time with us, you will gain exposure to:
- Interacting with discretionary investment professionals and other internal stakeholders to support and advance the firm’s corporate access program, staying informed of evolving corporate access needs
- Building the relationships with our Compliance-approved broker community
- Managing requests from investment teams to attend Compliance-approved industry conferences and non-deal roadshows
- Observing corporate access data and technology related projects, including the implementation of analytics and reporting to identify trends and opportunities
Summer Internship Program at Point72
In addition to the learning and development you’ll receive in your day-to-day role with your team, as a part of our summer internship program you will:
- Work alongside your fellow interns and be mentored by experienced professionals
- Meet your peers through designated intern programming, volunteer opportunities, and social events
- Attend sessions with senior leaders discussing their expertise and career paths
- Get hands-on access to the wealth of tools and resources that Point72 employees use everyday
- Interact with groups and functions with unique responsibilities and perspectives on our industry
- Develop technical, writing, and presentation skills
- Participate in networking opportunities across the firm
What's required
- Expected degree from December 2027 to August 2028
- Demonstrated academic success as reflected in a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, writing, verbal communication, and technical skills
- Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with all levels of the team
- Ability to conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity at all times
- Commitment to the highest ethical standards
