WHAT OPERATIONS MEANS AT HIGGSFIELD
At Higgsfield, operations are about getting things done, not meetings or “almost done.”
As an Operations Manager, you’ll provide full support for the team’s operational processes. This is a hands-on role: you organize, negotiate, unblock and deliver.
If you have a production background, this role is for you. You already know how to run processes, manage vendors, keep budgets under control and meet tight deadlines.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own the team’s day-to-day operations: requests, scheduling, logistics, tools and access.
- Find and manage vendors, contractors and freelancers, and negotiate terms.
- Support the logistics of occasional events and shoots.
- Turn chaos into simple, repeatable processes.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Proactive, high-energy and sharp: you don’t wait to be told.
- Strong ownership: once a process is yours, it gets done.
- Great communicator and negotiator who can find common ground with anyone.
- Experience in operations, production, events, or project management.
- English at B2 or higher.
