Your mission

Own Bitpanda’s CRM campaigns from brief to result across email, push, in-app banners and stories. You will turn retention, monetisation and lifecycle plans into live, multi-market journeys in Braze, run the campaign calendar across the teams that brief us, and make sure every send is built right, approved and measured. You join a small central CRM team that is becoming the engine behind how we talk to our customers. This role will either be hired in Vienna (AT), Barcelona (ES) or Krakow (PL).

What you'll do

- Build and launch campaigns in Braze across email, push, in-app banners and stories: segmentation, canvases, templates, personalisation and testing.

- Own the channel mix for every campaign, choosing the right channel, sequence and frequency for each audience and using test results to keep refining it.

- Run the campaign calendar across markets with Growth Operations and the regional market leads.

- Coordinate copy, localisation and compliance approvals so campaigns ship on time and correctly.

- Own QA before every send and report on performance against our shared Growth KPIs afterwards, turning results and learnings into improvements to the lifecycle strategy.

Who you are

- You built campaigns in Braze (or similar CRM tool) yourself and have done so in your most recent role; you know canvases, segments and Liquid.

- You know from data and experience which channel works best for which audience and moment, and how to orchestrate email, push and in-app messaging so they reinforce rather than compete with each other.

- You have run multi-market campaigns end to end, including QA and reporting, ideally in fintech, iGaming or e-commerce, and can show a result you were accountable for and explain what you would do differently.

- You have experience working in an environment where communications require compliance approval and know how to factor that into your planning.

- You are highly organised and can keep track of requests from several teams at once without letting anything slip through.
