MSS Security is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Casual Customer Experience Officers to join our team at Brisbane Airport !
Be part of the excitement of one of Queensland's busiest airports, where no two days are the same. You'll be the friendly face passengers turn to for assistance, helping travellers navigate the terminal, find their way and enjoy a smooth airport experience.
If you love interacting with people, providing helpful information and creating positive first impressions, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
What you'll bring :
- Full Australian working rights.
- Ability to undergo and pass a national security police check.
- Ability to undergo and pass a medical assessment, including drug and alcohol testing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for customer service and helping people.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 12 hours.
- Availability to work a rotating 24/7 roster, including AM and PM shifts.
