As part of a cross-functional Agile team, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, IT engineers, and international colleagues to deliver innovative solutions that enhance customer experience and business value.

What You'll Do
As a Customer Journey Expert, you will take end-to-end ownership of product delivery and transformation initiatives. You will:

- Translate business requirements into scalable product solutions and delivery roadmaps.

- Partner with Product Managers and technology teams to bring strategic initiatives to life.

- Drive product development and implementation with an end-to-end mindset.

- Bridge business and technology by understanding customer needs and ensuring high-quality delivery.

- Define, coordinate, and execute user acceptance testing activities.

- Monitor product performance and leverage data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.

- Collaborate closely with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Operations stakeholders to ensure regulatory adherence.

- Support large-scale international transformation programs and strategic change initiatives.

- Contribute to Agile ceremonies, sprint goals, and quarterly business objectives.

- Help shape the future Target Operating Model for Working Capital Solutions.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking a professional who combines commercial thinking, delivery excellence, and a passion for transformation.
Required Experience

- Bachelor's or Master's degree.

- Minimum 8 years of professional experience.

- Strong experience in one or more of the following:
- Supply Chain Finance

- Receivables Finance

- Factoring

- Strong understanding of product delivery and business transformation.

- Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

- Fluent verbal and written English communication skills.
Preferred Experience

- Trade Finance, Lending, or Payments expertise.

- Experience working in Agile environments.

- Product Owner or product delivery experience.

- Exposure to target architecture transformation or operating model implementation.

- International or large-scale change project experience.
