Principales Responsabilidades:
• Gestionar dinámicamente los pedidos, asegurando el cumplimiento de las fechas de entrega acordadas y el correcto seguimiento de backorders.
• Identificar y dar seguimiento a oportunidades de venta mediante la gestión de cotizaciones.
• Emitir facturación de calidad, minimizando observaciones por el área de Cobranzas.
• Contactar y atender a clientes de acuerdo con el cronograma establecido, brindando una experiencia positiva y fortaleciendo su lealtad.
• Coordinar con las áreas internas para garantizar el adecuado procesamiento de órdenes, niveles de inventario y soporte logístico.
• Promover activamente la venta de partes, herramientas, productos y servicios según las necesidades del cliente
Requisitos:
• Técnico(a) Mecánico, Bachiller en Administración, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.
• Experiencia en atención al cliente y soporte comercial.
• Experiencia mínima de 1 a 3 años en ventas o posiciones similares (deseable).
• Inglés a nivel intermedio.
• Manejo de Microsoft Office y sistemas ERP
