Desired experience and technical skills required

- Support the Manager in supervising a team of Ambassador for handover of new developments

- Manage and coordinate pre-handover preparation works, takeover / handover of units and follow up on defect rectification works

- Follow up of defects list, queries and complaints raised from the owners

- Coordinate with contractor in handling owner’s defect rectification work

Requirements:

- Degree in hospitality management or related field

- Experience in hospitality or clubhouse would be a definite advantage

- Customer-oriented, with excellent interpersonal and communication skill

- Interested to meet/talk to different kind of people, a good listener and is willing to tackle customers’ needs

- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

- Hands on PC skills
