You will build strong customer relationships, understand individual preferences, and proactively identify opportunities to improve satisfaction and engagement. Through effective communication and tailored recommendations, you will contribute to customer retention and encourage users to progress toward higher VIP levels. You will also support promotional activities and collaborate with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
