Key Responsibilities

- Design   a nd implem ent   Cloud Id ent ity solutions, such   a s   A zure  Entra ID,   a pplic a tion single sign on,   a nd SCIM provisioning,   a s well   a s   a dv a nced security controls such   a s user   a nd beh a vior a l   a n a lytics ).

- Cre a te   a nd   v a lid a te   the det a iled design of solution compon ent s   in   a ccord a nce with   the t a rget solution within environm ent s of medium size   a nd   complexity.

- Build   trust with cli ent s   a t multiple levels, sought out for follow on   work.

Microsoft skills & Industry knowledge:

- Experience delivering consulting and advisory engagements focused on Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Microsoft Security solutions.

- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) and Azure AD Domain Services.

- Experience designing and implementing Identity solutions including Single Sign-On (SSO), Federation and SCIM provisioning.

- Strong understanding of modern authentication and authorization protocols such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML and Kerberos.

- Experience implementing Microsoft Entra ID capabilities including Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Identity Protection and Identity Governance.

- Knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM), Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and secrets management solutions.

- Experience leading solution design and delivery workstreams, translating business and security requirements into scalable identity architectures.

- Understanding of security, privacy, compliance and Zero Trust principles related to Digital Identity.

- Knowledge of AI governance, Responsible AI and regulatory frameworks, with particular awareness of the EU AI Act, GDPR and their implications for enterprise AI solutions.​

- ‌You should be comfortable discussing topics such as AI risk classification, data protection, access governance, security of GenAI solutions, model and application risks, regulatory applicability and responsible use of AI with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
