D2C Ecommerce Project Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking a Manager to lead ecommerce projects and support the development and improvement of ecommerce systems and processes. This professional will work with technology solutions such as integration platforms, artificial intelligence tools, and customer service systems to improve operational efficiency and the customer experience.
Opportunities to working with DTC, logistics, IT, Innovation, Customer Service, and other teams involved in the digital sales journey.
Role and Responsibilities

Areas of Responsibilities in this role, you will be responsible for:

- Managing ecommerce projects from planning through implementation, ensuring alignment with business priorities and stakeholder needs.

- Evaluating, implementing, and improving ecommerce systems and solutions, including integration platforms, artificial intelligence tools, and customer service systems.

- Working with internal teams and external partners to coordinate system integrations and resolve technical and operational issues.

- Supporting the improvement of ecommerce operations, including order processing, reconciliation, and related workflows.

- Identifying opportunities to automate processes, increase efficiency, and improve the customer experience.

Requirements

- Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Professional Experience: Experience managing ecommerce projects and working with ecommerce systems and solutions.

- Specific knowledge / skills: Knowledge of integration platforms, artificial intelligence applications, customer service systems, and other ecommerce technologies.

- Languages: English proficiency is mandatory

Preferred:

- Experience in ecommerce operations, including order processing, reconciliation, and related activities.

- Experience implementing or improving ecommerce integrations and automated workflows.

- Familiarity with ecommerce performance KPIS and data analysis.

- Experience leading or developing teams.
