This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Junior Systems Developer (Desenvolvedor de Sistemas Jr.) based in Brazil.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Systems Developer to join a collaborative technology team responsible for developing and maintaining the fiscal module of an ERP platform. In this role, you will contribute to building new system features, improving existing functionalities, and resolving technical issues to ensure reliable software performance. You will work closely with development and customer support teams, gaining exposure to both software engineering and customer-facing technical challenges. Your responsibilities will include analyzing business requirements, applying programming best practices, and contributing ideas to improve products and processes. Accountabilities:

- Develop new features and functionalities for an ERP system, contributing to the evolution of its fiscal management module.

- Improve and maintain existing system functionalities, ensuring performance, reliability, and usability.

- Analyze development requests and business requirements to identify appropriate technical solutions.

- Participate in technical discussions and contribute to decisions regarding software architecture, technologies, and development best practices.

- Identify, investigate, and resolve software bugs and technical issues.

- Collaborate with development and customer support teams to address customer needs and ensure effective issue resolution.

- Suggest improvements, share ideas, and contribute to the continuous evolution of the platform.

- Participate in an agile development environment, collaborating with colleagues to deliver quality software solutions.

- Support development and customer service activities during the designated afternoon and evening shift.

Requirements:

- Educational background in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Development, Systems Analysis, or a related field.

- Good programming logic and fundamental software development knowledge.

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of C# programming.

- Familiarity with SQL Server and database concepts.

- Strong willingness to learn, develop technical skills, and explore new technologies.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.

- Proactive attitude, analytical thinking, and enthusiasm for solving problems.

- Ability to work collaboratively, adapt to changing priorities, and contribute ideas in a dynamic environment.

- Availability to work from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM, combining software development activities with customer service and technical support responsibilities.

- Willingness to participate in an entirely online recruitment process.

Nice to have:

- Knowledge of Node.js and Angular.

- Familiarity with HTML and CSS.

- Experience or basic knowledge of REST APIs.

- Understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.

- Familiarity with version control tools such as Git or SVN.
