Destination Wedding Sales - Assistant ( Global Team)

Who You Are :

- Coordinate confirmation of booking details with resort partners as requested by Destify, including dates, room counts, and guest information.

- Assist with the handoff of group bookings between Destify's sales and reservations workflows, ensuring required data fields are completed.

- Maintain assigned planning calendars and tracking spreadsheets, updating entries as new information is received.

- Provide an accuracy review of booking-related data entries to flag discrepancies before handoff.

- Communicate with Destify designated points of contact regarding status of in-flight tasks and roadblocks.

- Deliver booking confirmation summaries returned within agreed turnaround for each request.

- Deliver up-to-date planning calendar entries reflecting current booking statuses.

- Deliver booking handoff documentation completed for assigned group bookings.

Requirements
- Must have hospitality or hotel experience.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary Description
$10 - 11 per hour
