Job Description Summary :
Manage and coordinate to ensure the implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance and corrective maintenance in supporting the smooth running of the production process.

Job Description ​:

- Coordinate and monitor the implementation of maintenance to be completed in accordance with the target time and results set

- Monitor and ensure preventive and predictive maintenance of instrumental maintenance

- Ensure calibration according to schedule set

- Ensure availability of spare parts and consumables required

- Make improvements by modifying machine tools.

- Coordinate the implementation of project related to the scope of work field in accordance with the target set

- Responsible for the smoothness and accuracy of SAP administration.

- Coordinate the ICA (Instrument Calibration Automation) team to achieve the respective KPIs

- Run Safety Regulation in accordance with applicable policies.

- Responsible for the implementation of working discipline.

- Responsible in maintaining and maintaining all equipment work (equipment) and cleanliness at work sites

- Ensure calibration is on schedule.

- Ensure the implementation of Safety Regulation (SMK3) in accordance with the prevailing policies.

- Responsible for the development of employees in the area of ​​work responsibility

- Create and be responsible for the implementation and monitoring of annual budgets in the Section which is the area of ​​responsibility for its work.

- Ensure smoothness of Automation System in Plant Production goes well

- Maintain and ensure the cleanliness of work sites and the surrounding environment (including early management of process waste)

- Reported a problem with regard to the Food / Feed Safety Management System (if any) to the Food / Feed Safety Coordinator

Job Requirement :

- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering

- Having min 4 years of working experience in Automation

- Good in Analytical Thinking

- Willing to be located in Tarjun Refinery (Kalsel)
