Foothills Retirement Community is seeking an energetic, service-focused Dining Room Leader to help lead our dining team and create memorable dining experiences for our residents. This is more than a restaurant job. It's an opportunity to build meaningful relationships and positively impact the lives of seniors every day.
What You'll Do
- Lead and support the dining room team during meal service
- Ensure residents receive exceptional, attentive service
- Train, coach, and mentor dining staff
- Maintain dining room appearance, cleanliness, and organization
- Manage supplies and assist with inventory control
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Partner with culinary staff to deliver outstanding dining experiences
- Assist with special events, holiday meals, and community celebrations
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has previous restaurant, dining, hospitality, or customer service leadership experience
- Enjoys working with seniors and providing exceptional service
- Demonstrates strong communication and organizational skills
- Leads by example and works well as part of a team
- Is dependable, positive, and customer focused

Requirements
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a lead or supervisory role in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
