Do you have a passion for healthcare, customer engagement, and delivering impactful Direct Marketing solutions? We are looking for a talented and motivated Direct Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Stockholm, Sweden

At IQVIA, we help healthcare and pharmaceutical companies connect with healthcare professionals through data-driven, compliant, and effective marketing solutions. As part of our team, you'll work closely with clients to plan, execute, and optimize Marketing services activities that make a real difference in healthcare.

What You'll Be Doing

- Manage and coordinate direct marketing campaigns for pharmaceutical clients

- Maintain trusted relationships with suppliers and act as a key point of contact

- Build trusted relationships with customers

- Support clients with campaign planning, execution, reporting, and continuous improvement

- Coordinate and monitor every stage of the project, from pricing through to the creation of accurate reports that pharmaceutical clients subsequently submit to the authorities.

- Work close with sales functions and collaborate in cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

We're Looking for Someone Who

- Is fluent in Swedish and English

- Is organized, proactive, and solution-oriented to ensure accurate results

- Has strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Enjoy working with clients and delivering high-quality service

- Is open to learn new things

- Has experience with Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences

- Knowledge of direct marketing, customer engagement, or omnichannel communication

- Experience with digital marketing tools

- Strong team spirit and a customer-focused approach

- Additional Nordic language skills are a plus
