Director, Channel Sales

Drive partner-led growth across Europe by developing strong channel relationships and accelerating revenue for an enterprise SaaS platform focused on environmental, health, safety, sustainability, and quality management. In this role, you will help expand a global partner ecosystem, strengthen go-to-market execution, and turn strategic partnerships into measurable commercial results. You will work closely with partners and internal teams to improve pipeline generation, increase partner engagement, and support joint sales initiatives. Combining commercial ownership with operational excellence, you will oversee partner performance, enablement, reporting, and business planning. You will also help optimize partner programs and processes to support scalable growth.
